Supplier Item Setup Form

 

The Nordstrom Multi-Channel Item Set Up Form is used to communicate Style information (VPN, Color, Sizes) with the Buying Offices. This information will be used to build orders and initiate item set up. It will also ensure that the Buying Offices have accurate and consistent Style information.



To complete, please open the form and save to a designated location on your computer. The Blue fields and the Red fields should be completed by the Supplier - the remaining fields will be completed by the Buying Office as needed. The red fields are located at the far right section of the form titled 'CA Attributes'.  Not all blue fields are utilized by every division - work with your designated Nordstrom contact to determine which fields are required. When completed, email the form back to your designated Nordstrom contact.

Item Intent Form (IIF)

What: The supplier must complete the IIF with accurate product information.

 

Why: This form is used to initiate item set up processes at Nordstrom and write purchase orders. Providing accurate information upfront results in a more timely creation/release of purchase orders and reduces the need for Nordstrom teams to reach back out to you.

The Nordstrom Direct Sample and Product Information Request Form is used to communicate your product's material content, care, and country of origin with our Buying Offices.



To complete, please open the form and save to a designated location on your computer. Please fill out the form completely and return to your buying office contact. All fields outlined in red must be filled in. If any fields do not apply, mark the cell with "N/A".  All information provided must match product tags.
